The solar water pump project needs to be completed as soon as possible. The current hand pump is again becoming weak and it is expensive to replace. It has been replaced three times in the past few years. The solution is to replace the hand pump with a solar pump and storage tank.
I have been in contact with the company who will do the project in Uganda and I am making my travel arrangements to be in Uganda while the project is being completed. The overriding issue is that we do not have all the funding to complete the project. The total cost of the project is $7000.00 and we are nearly $3000.00 short. We are trusting the Lord that the remaining funds will come in over the next 6 weeks.
