God has certainly given us a miracle. The Government office that has jurisdiction over the Nakivale Refugee Settlement has closed the area to all new people, refugees and visitors alike. It also means construction workers. So in effect, the mandate had shutdown our Solar Water Pump project. We submitted our paperwork to the OPM office…
