Breakfast

Breakfast

One of the most enjoyable things in Central Africa is the delicious fruits. The watermelon is very good, but the pineapple is wonderful, it is sweet and juicy.

The coffee, on the other hand, could be improved. The countries around the region of Central East Africa grow some of the best coffees in the world. But the world of coffee expertise has not reached the more remote areas. Nescafe is still the standard and I am thankful for it. Because without it the morning drink is African Tea. A combination of milk, sugar, and a little tea. There is no water involved. They do have tea bags, so if I cannot get coffee I’ll simply have hot water and a tea bag.

Bon Appetite
