Arrived at Entebbe

It was certainly a welcomed sight to get to the hotel and get a hot shower and comfortable bed. The travel time was right at 37 hours, 5/12 – 7am bus from Wildwood, FL to the Orlando airport; first leg of flight on Delta to Atlanta, then on to Amsterdam, nearly 5 hour layover. Leg three on KLM to Kigali, Rwanda, that was just a stop to drop off and board other passengers, then the short flight to Entebbe. We were late getting into Entebbe due to a mechanical problem with one of the engines in Amsterdam and then another aircraft problem and delay m in Kigali. Finally reached my hotel about midnight 5/13. All in all it was a good flight. I’m not sure which is more difficult the short 40 minute layover in Atlanta. Or the 5 hours in Amsterdam. There are pros a cons for both.
